HOW IT WORKS
Listing Brokers offer a "co-broke" commission in the Multiple Listing Service to the agent bringing the buyer to the transaction (typically 2.4%).

We take that commission and rebate 25% back to you. Pay your closing costs, buy new carpet, counter tops and windows, go on vacation. We don't care - it's your money!

EXAMPLES:
$300,000 home x 2.4% co-broke = $7,200
YOUR REBATE IS $1,800

$500,000 home x 2.4% co-broke = $12,000
YOUR REBATE IS $3,000
$800,000 home x 2.4% co-broke = $19,200
YOUR REBATE IS $4,800
